Set up different learning standards for each students according to their learning ability.Never give up any students. Even though students don't do well in academics, it doesn't mean that they are good at nothing. Always remind myself that grades doesn't mean everything; the more important thing is that we teachers are here to guide students to the right path, not to frustrate them.
